On December 2nd we had our end-of-the-year celebration in Medellin. It was the perfect moment to shared the 2022 big achievements, recognize the outstanding warriors of our community, and share an amazing time together.

Sales are not just about selling

In order to improve social skills in the Placement department, this has tackled communication issues the team faces in dealing with clients to develop and build better relationships. Doing this by tailoring a program to fill the team's gaps by using existing courses and developing new ones in collaboration with Isabel Castaño and Maria Isabel Escobar Alvarez in such areas as; Sales for no salespeople, customer service, and so on.

Lean Tech keeps growing

This month, the Quality Department has been working on the System for Self-Control and Management of the Integral Risks of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of mass-destruction weapons (“SAGRILAFT”) regulation, and the transparency and business ethics program, as our community (warriors) has grown and we need to be aligned with the legal processes in Colombia in order to be a more consolidated company in the market.

From now on, everyone can postulate their buddies for the on-fire recognition program and make a notable distinction to one warrior we think deserves a huge applause for his/her highlight work.
