How long have you been part of Lean Operations: I have been working with Lean since April 2022.
Which has been your greatest achievement at Lean Operations: When I came to Lean, the Medellin branch was still receiving its first accounts, so there were only two people in OPS. Shortly after my arrival, the workload increased a lot, and, many times, I had to be Admin Assistant and ops simultaneously to cover the expansion. That effort built the path to becoming an Operations Manager.
What do you like the most about Lean Operations?: I like that all departments are constantly working side by side. We are always expected to be one step ahead of processes to ensure the best possible results for our clients, which implies direct communication with each staffer. Being involved in the day-to-day operations is something that could be more common in companies with this volume of employees and one of the things that I admire the most.
One word to describe Lean Operations: Commitment.

The most beautiful place you have been to: I have visited so many beautiful places that it would be hard to choose only one, but the first place that comes to my mind is Cartagena, I went there a few months ago, and the sea was so serene. There were very few tourists and vendors on the beach, so I could feel and enjoy the peace only the sea could offer. I also visited wonderful places and had the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The superpower you need: Telekinesis.
What would you do if you won the lottery?: If I won the lottery, I would hire consultants to teach me how to manage and increase my fortune. I would create a company for economic purposes, invest in stocks, and buy properties. What excites me the most is fulfilling my dream of having a foundation for unprotected animals.

4 SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES FOR A HEALTHY PLANET
BE THE CHANGE!
Taking care of our planet is essential for our health and survival. In the framework of Wold Environmental Education Day, commemorated every January 26th, we want to share some tips for you to take care of the Earth:
🌎 Walk more, drive less!
Walking rather than using your vehicle will reduce air pollution and emissions that are currently damaging the ozone layer. Besides, it's healthier!
🌎 Conserve water every time you brush your teeth and shower!
Using water-saving techniques can save you money and divert less water from our rivers, bays, and estuaries, which helps keep the environment healthy.
🌎 Recycle and reuse!
Recycling reduces the need for extracting (mining, quarrying, and logging), refining, and processing raw materials, all of which create substantial air and water pollution. Recycling also saves energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which helps tackle climate change.
🌎 Conserve energy and turn off the lights when you don't need them!
When you limit your energy usage, you lower your impact on the environment. The longer we go without making significant changes, the greater the threat of global warming and climate change to our daily lives.
