A citizen's charter is a document that communicates a government agency's service standards to its citizens or clients. DCES CITIZEN's CHARTER is posted at the hallway in the ground floor right before going upstairs to the Office of the Principal. Citizen's Charter is an official document, a service standard, or a pledge, that communicates, in simple terms, information on the services provided by the government to its citizens pursuant to Section 6 of Republic Act 11032.
