DCES CITIZEN's CHARTER is posted at the hallway in the ground floor right before going upstairs to the Office of the Principal. Citizen's Charter is an official document, a service standard, or a pledge, that communicates, in simple terms, information on the services provided by the government to its citizens pursuant to Section 6 of Republic Act 11032.Â
