With 3 years of active involvement and leadership as the Iowa DECA Vice President of Marketing, and incoming Association President, I aim to contribute my passion, skills, and vision to our Central Region's success. My journey in DECA, marked by attending international competitions, leading transformative conferences, and gaining valuable mentorship, has fueled my dedication to foster an inclusive and dynamic unified community. If elected, I will leverage my experience to promote advocacy, communication, leadership development, and member engagement within the Central Region. My vision is to foster a collaborative and inclusive community, empowering members to reach their fullest potential, regardless of the size of their associations.
