I am a goal-oriented Instructional Designer with a focus on creating engaging experiences to improve workplace efficiency. My career has focused on implementing strategic facilitation of knowledge transfer and skill development through carefully crafted learning experiences. By integrating multimedia elements and interactive activities through the use of Rise 360, Storyline 360, and Canvaa, I enjoy creating meaningful learning experiences.

I completed the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) to upskill by mastering industry-standard tools, applying adult learning principles, and gaining hands-on experience with the ADDIE and SAM models.

I thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop customized learning solutions that meet specific needs and align with strategic goals. I am a lifelong learner dedicated to keeping up with technology trends and innovative design techniques to enhance learner engagement, retention, and performance, ensuring measurable impact on both learners and the organization. 

When I am not designing, I enjoy spending time with my family, pets, and reading.
