EDTC 6320 Instructional Technology
Project Description
This cooperative team project was to design an instructional solution using multimedia to help educate prospective students and employers about the university’s online Educational Technology program, what an Educational Technologist is and does, how they can contribute to an organization, and what they can expect to earn. For the first part of the project, as a team, we developed a client proposal describing the target audience, learning opportunity, the project design, including the storyboard script and design specs, and the rationale for the design. For the second part of the project, we developed the multimedia solution in the form of a video presentation. Both parts of the project, The Client Proposal and The Multimedia Solution, are hosted on this website: https://sites.google.com/view/cre8it/home

Project Description
For this instructional design project, I developed, designed, implemented and assessed an instructional unit (IU) that would include an on-demand learning module called, How to Navigate LinkedIn Learning, a PDF Job Aid (JA), and learner assessments accessible through the Workday LMS. This IU was created to assist employees/ learners in effectively navigating the LinkedIn Learning (LIL) platform, enabling them to complete the required Human Resources (HR) compliance training module within LinkedIn Learning by the specified deadline.

Project Description
This reusable learning object instructional unit project was designed to familiarize learners with planning a flower garden and to guide them through the steps to plan and construct a flower garden in 30 days or less. The project elements include a storyboard for the instructional unit, the instructional solution (a 3:38 minute video, a 4 question pretest, and a 4 question final assessment), and a summative evaluation for the instructional unit project completed by qualified reviewers.

Project Description
This instructional unit (IU) was designed to assist stakeholders and team managers as they train, guide and support their direct reports/ team members during a transition from a legacy client management software platform to a new client management software platform. The stakeholders and managers for each team were responsible for supporting their direct reports, and identifying additional training and support needs during the transition to the new software platform.During this project I developed 6 parts for an eLearning Instructional Unit (IU), including a project proposal, course syllabus, design of the user interface, content development, assessment design, and the multimedia solution. The multimedia eLearning module contains an introduction to the module, 4 self-paced lessons, 4 discussion questions, 4 assignments and 4 assessments.

Project Description
This instructional unit reviewing the new Request for Training process and the implementation of a Learning Development Checklist was developed to facilitate improvements to current internal processes for any requests for training by stakeholders and subject matter experts to the Learning Development Team. Implementation of the new processes process will create a standardized process, ensure uniformity and quality in submissions, provide essential information to the Learning Development Team prior to the Request for Training project meetings allowing the Learning Development Team to expedite projects more efficiently, better allocate its resources and assets, provide enhanced support to the company, and meet the organizational objectives specified by the leadership team.
