Application Checklist

Every adult over 18 has to submit an application and provide the following supporting documentation:

IDENTIFICATION - Copy of State Driver’s License (both sides) / Passport if non-US citizen (must be clear and legible)
PROOF OF INCOME - Last two pay stubs (or one month’s worth if you get paid weekly). If you are self- employed or own your own business, provide your last two year's tax return and/or w2.
PROOF OF FUNDS - Most recent bank statement showing funds for a minimum of security deposit + two month’s rent (i.e. savings/checking). Please send complete PDF files for each statement. Screenshots are not accepted.

Incomplete applications will delay the review process. Email supporting docs in one email to improve acceptance rate.

IF ACCEPTED, YOU MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:

· Renter’s insurance policy with a $1,000,000 minimum liability coverage and naming your pet as an insured. Your must provide insurance coverage for your breed.

· Additional security deposit (varies by property)

· Additional rent (varies by property)

Applicants are required to still submit all their paperwork as above. If they are not employed, a letter must be included to advise why not or their situation.
Co-signers/Guarantors must follow the checklist above and are required to submit the same application information as any applicant: application, photo ID, credit report, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.

Normal review time = 3-5 business days for our clients to review (assuming your submission is complete). Thus it is important for you to submit everything at the same time.
If you submit on a weekend, we will not be able to process your application until the next business day.
