Applicants are required to still submit all their paperwork as above. If they are not employed, a letter must be included to advise why not or their situation.
Co-signers/Guarantors must follow the checklist above and are required to submit the same application information as any applicant: application, photo ID, credit report, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.
Normal review time = 3-5 business days for our clients to review (assuming your submission is complete). Thus it is important for you to submit everything at the same time.
If you submit on a weekend, we will not be able to process your application until the next business day.
