Drawing on my expertise as a non-clinical provider, I offer emotional support, communication with your healthcare team, and assist you in informed decision-making during labor. From reassurance, to suggesting labor progress and comfort techniques, I'm dedicated to realizing your birthing vision. As your doula, my allegiance is solely to you, not your caregiver or birth facility.

Birth Essentials
Investment- $1,800
*Two prenatal visits includes planning and preparation during pregnancy for birth, infant feeding and early postpartum.
*Access to evidence-based pregnancy and childbirth information and resources
*24 hour on-call support +/- 2 weeks of your estimated due date
*Attempt to get non-professional photos of your birth and baby
*Baby's birth story
*One (1) follow-up postpartum visit within the first two weeks from delivery to celebrate your birth story, check on recovery, offer breastfeeding and baby care support (approximately 2 hours)
Labor of Love
Investment- $2,400
*Two prenatal visits includes planning and preparation during pregnancy for birth, infant feeding and early postpartum.
*Access to evidence-based pregnancy and childbirth information and resources
*24 hour on-call support +/- 2 weeks of your estimated due date
*Attempt to get non-professional photos of your birth and baby
*Baby's birth story
*Three (3) postpartum visits within first three weeks from delivery (approximately 12 hours)
*A homemade meal and snack brought to each home visit. (Options wil be provided ahead of time.)

I pledge to support you to my fullest, in facilitating the kind of birth you have envisioned for yourself and your family. I take limited clients each month and reserve on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Valley Medical Center has a $500 Doula Scholarship Program for their patients.
They pay $500 towards your birth doula services.
I take care of all the paperwork to help keep things running smoothly and reduce stress on your part.
