Evangel-Leo-Ken Jnr. Yorke Acquaye is our Founder and Director. He is a global writer and poet who has activism for the girl child and the defense of fundamental human rights at heart. He is the co-founder of Rhetoric Orchestra, an ambassador for Youths and Rights International, the community manager for Creatives Project Ghana, an aspiring attorney/doctor of dental surgery, and a firm believer in Christ. Leo is a lover, a writer, and a fighter, among many other things.
Dorcas Kongwie
Advocacy Director/Grants Coordinator
Dorcas Kongwie struts in, as second in command, with an M.A. in Communications and excellent expertise in running corporate social responsibilities bearing similarity with that of our initiative. She checks the boxes.
Dorcas is passionate about sustainable development and doubles as a writer. At such a young age, she has played influential roles in some of the leading advocacies for global sustainability and African climate control.
Community Outreach Coordinator
Marylyn Kofie flaunts a BSc. in agriculture, and her passion is to give back to society. Having lived most of her life in Tamale, in the Northern Region of Ghana, she involuntarily had to come face to face with these archaic socio-cultural practices that have left most of today's youth with traumas that refuse to heal and wounds that cut deep. With this compassion for people, she joined the team in order to make a difference in society.
Trudy Logson is one of our two-person heads of volunteers and also rotates as the face for sponsorship. She is responsible for vetting volunteers as well as assigning and supervising tasks. With more than adequate knowledge in financial affairs from having worked with Access Bank in the not too distant past, it is understandable that Trudy assists in grant security, negotiations, and donor relations management.

Winniefred Gbemuotor is the Brand Strategist of the team. She is a communication professional, a brand identity designer, and a poet.
She has worked in IT support as a social media lead and a discussant for notable national and international conferences.
She believes in John Wooden’s quote, “It's the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.” which makes her passionate about SMEs and volunteering with non-profit organizations.

Efua Eshun is creative with experience in writing, editing, communications, and event coordination. She has a knack for fostering meaningful connections, a skill courtesy of her Community Manager role at Ghana Food Movement.
When she's not managing projects, planning one event or the other, editing or sending emails, she reads or crochets, thriving on the energy of making things happen and looking for new ways to be creative.

Eunice Agyepong is passionate about advocacy and creating meaningful change. She possesses the skills of organization and communication. Having served in roles that required attention to detail, collaboration with diverse groups of people, and effective coordination of activities, she is adept with managing schedules and organizing information. She is also deeply inspired by the initiative to use poetry and creativity to address crucial societal issues and empower young girls to rise above challenges, and therefore is committed to using her skills to amplify the voices of the suppressed and overlooked.

Jumailatu Shamsudiin Mensah is leadership personified. Being the first of five children and the only girl, the onus to cater for and nurse has always been on her shoulders. With an MA in Peace Security and Intelligence Management, Jumi works as a civil servant with the Ghana Armed Forces as an intelligence analyst with years of experience in security intelligence.
Benefitting from a scholarship to study Arabic in Egypt for a year, Jumi boasts of the uncommon ability to speak two more languages in addition to her native tongue. Jumi is the CEO of the JSM Initiative, and she aims to impact and touch lives extraordinarily.

Boakye Alpha is a multifaceted creative known for his contributions to the Ghanaian creative community as a writer, filmmaker, content creator, and founder/director of Creatives Project Ghana. Studying for his MA in Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia under the Global Voices Scholarship, his works have been featured in GUAP Magazine (UK), The Shallow Tales Reviews, and Lolwe, among others.
Boakye has established himself as a versatile creative with a passion for telling stories that address societal issues and advocate for underrepresented voices and has received numerous accolades, including the Tony Elumelu Storytellers Fund and the Multichoice Talent Factory scholarship for emerging filmmakers in Africa.
Cecile Akoeley Attiogbe Atayi

Cecile Atayi, a young lady passionate about personal development and spreading love to those around her. She is a L200 student at the University Cape Coast offering a Bachelor of Laws. She also happens to be a co-founder of the WoeFadzi Foundation, which aims to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDGs 1 and 4, which are eradicating poverty and providing quality education, respectively, to children between the ages of 5 and 15 years.

Cecilia Atayi is a Ghanaian student at the University of Cape Coast pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree. She has buoyed interest in her environment and would love to specialize in international environmental law. Cecilia is the co-founder of the WoeFaDzi Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to achieve Sustainable Development Goals 1 and 4: eradicating poverty and providing quality education, respectively, to children between the ages of 5 and 15 years. She loves to laugh, read, and listen to music.

Emmanuel Kow Appiah is a highly skilled professional photographer, videographer, cinematographer, video and picture editor, drone pilot, artist, and gaffer. Driven by passion, he takes pride in providing the best photos and footage. Growing up in Mankessim in the central region of Ghana and Accra, he graduated from Methodist Senior High School at Saltpond and continued to the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI), now UNIMAC IFT, to study professional cinematography. He is currently a teaching assistant (TA) at Nafti. He is the Creative Director for Strictly Social Africa and Living In Today Foundation. Emmanuel is the founder of Lenz Addict, a renowned media company that specializes in capturing beautiful moments in their highest commercial quality. With a focus on various productions, including documentaries, live events, short films, weddings, birthday parties, commercials, training videos, and more.
He is also the founder of Learn with Lenz, a media academy where he teaches creatives who are finding it difficult to get to the top and also connects them to bigger creatives in the industry. He has great experience in the photography and videography industry.
