Providing comprehensive designs for small to large-scale site development  projects, including real estate, educational institutions, hospitality, and commercial spaces.

ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTATION

Offering design consultation services for different projects to help clients navigate the complexities of design and execution to achieve outstanding results.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN CONCEPTS PHASE

Gathering of data and information, design requirements, providing initial design solutions such as sketches, floor plan blockings and other design schemes based on the client’s requirements.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE

Preparation of detailed and approved schematic design and plans; coordination with allied engineering professionals for Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary, and other design services involved in the project.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS PHASE

Assisting clients in making informed decisions, navigate the process of choosing the right contractor for the project; preparation and compilation of all construction/ building plans, other detailed drawings, and necessary documents for permit application.

CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT PHASE

Periodic site visitation and inspection to familiarize with the progress and quality of work; ensuring that the project is aligned with the specifications and plans set forth by the Design Professionals; provide supplementary drawings to meet the requirements of the project.
