Dear Arkitek is an Architectural Design Studio founded by its Principal Architect soon after obtaining his professional license. Registered as a sole proprietorship with the Department of Trade and Industry, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the firm is built on a strong foundation of creativity, technical expertise, and dedication to quality design. Committed to understanding each client’s vision, Dear Arkitek provides innovative and thoughtful architectural solutions that transform ideas into meaningful, functional, and enduring spaces.
THE FOUNDER
Ar. Lucky Badilla is a Registered and Licensed Architect based in Quezon City. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Adamson University and passed the Licensure Examination for Architects on his first attempt in June 2024.
In August 2024, he founded Dear Arkitek – Architectural Design Studio, aiming to deliver thoughtful, functional, and impactful design solutions. With nearly five years of experience in Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Phases, he has worked on various Residential, Commercial, Educational, Hospitality, Entertainment, and Site Development Projects.
He is now focused on growing his independent practice and building a strong reputation in the architecture and construction industry.
