Although I possess hints of traits of a charismatic leader and visionary, I view myself as a Transformational Leader. I think that my core leadership values can be traced back to the standard and traditional traits of a transformational leader. As a leader the thing that I value most about myself is my ability to develop relationships with followers, to empower and support them and gain their mutual respect and support for common purposes that we are joined, linked and sync together to bring about a positive result.

Because of the charisma I possess as a spunky senior, who’s non-judgmental and extremely inclusive, I am somewhat of a people magnet. I am constantly approached by people in public, who will ask my opinion about a product or situation no matter the race or nationality. I used to be amazed by this phenomenon, but it is so commonplace in my life that I now believe that it happens as a result of the aura of joy and peace that permeates from me and the the Holy Spirit directing the people that I am supposed to meet in this lifetime. Because of the many and varied experiences, I’ve had in my life I am a true believer in Divine intervention and Spiritualized destinies. I have been transformed and I strive to transform others into becoming all that they can be.
