Here are found highlights of the “The New Knowledge Management.” course reflection on the weekly concepts introduced over the eight weeks class period. I share what I learned and how I will utilize the acquired information in business and life practices.

My comparison and contrast is not on the difference of a specific U. S. or South Korean business but on the business culture of the two countries. Emphasis in research was placed on how one can prepare to be successful in either culture when transacting or negotiating business.
