Some events require registration. Please register as far in advance as possible! It helps the planning committee with coordinating ASL interpreters. Ask them to keep you updated on what events will be ASL-Interpreted.
Some events offer scholarships. If you can't afford registration free, ask for a scholarship. Most events have scholarships available.
Know before you go: Before purchasing a plane ticket, contact the host. Registration forms typically include a contact person. Ask them to confirm that the event will be ASL-interpreted and to provide a list of all sessions that will have ASL interpretation.

Hybrid: Pacific Northwest Conference 2026! Friday, June 26 through Sunday, June 28, 2026 Heathman Lodge, located at 7801 NE Greenwood Dr. Vancouver, WA 98662. This will be a hybrid event, allowing members to participate both in person and online. The first panel begins Friday at 4:00 p.m. flyer
