Contributions are not tax deductible. An individual may contribute up to $5,400 ($2,700 primary election and $2,700 general election). If you contribute more than $2,700 you agree that the first $2,700 of your contribution will be designated for the 2018 Primary election, and any additional amount up to $2,700 will be designated for the 2018 General election. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited and contributions may not be reimbursed by any person or entity. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
