Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) is a not-for profit trust promoted by HLL Lifecare Limited, A Government of India enterprises under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). HLFPPT has been recognized widely for its contribution to the national health goals and population programmes.

HLFPPT has been entrusted to conduct Skill Development Course under Deen Dayal Updhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDU-GKY) implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India with the support of Kudumbasree. As part of this program, we have initiated Skill School to offer EMTA (Emergency Medical Technician Advanced) - 8 month courses, MRHT (Medical Records & Health Information Technician) - 7 month, DM (Departmental Manager) - 5 months and GRM (Guest Relations Manager) - 5 months at Trivandrum and Kozhikode for the candidates from different district of Kerala under DDU-GKY scheme selected by Kudumbasree officials. This placement linked skill development program initiated through different centres in Kerala and the courses has affiliation from Healthcare Skill Sector Council (HSSC).
