FULLY-FUNDED RESEARCH PROGRAM 2020:

We are seeking highly-motivated students to join our research team on conducting research projects in 2020 with topics on "Discovery and Development of Bioactive and Valuable compounds from Indonesian Bioresources".

• Qualifications:

1. The projects open for students (bachelor, master, and doctoral) who are currently enrolled in a university, at Department of Biology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy/Fisheries and Marine Sciences
2. The projects starts from April 2020 to December 2020
3. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in team and under pressure are essential
4. Experience in bioinformatics, statistics, and metabolomics analysis is strongly preferable

• Requirements:

1. Final year students (bachelor/master/doctoral) who are currently enrolled in a university majoring Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy/Fisheries and Marine Science
2. The students must have an approval letter from their university to conduct research at CD3 LIPI
3. For bachelor and master students, must have at least 1 co-supervisor from LIPI
4. For doctoral candidates, must have at least 1 co-promotor from LIPI (who have a doctoral degree)
5. The students must be available to conduct research at CD3 LIPI for a minimum of 6 months (bachelor), 12 months (masters), and 24 months (doctoral)
6. Adhere to the research code of conduct in LIPI regarding the intellectual property rights
7. The student must have 2 recommendation letter (from study advisor/professor/supervisor/promotor)

• Untuk diperhatikan:

1. Fully-funded research yang dimaksud dalam kesempatan ini adalah untuk penelitian (skripsi/tesis/disertasi) dari mahasiswa yang masih tercatat aktif.
2. Pemohon akan diberikan pembebasan dari biaya untuk riset/penelitiannya saja.
3. Gaji/Biaya hidup selama pelaksanaan penelitian ditanggung oleh masing-masing pemohon
4. Pemohon yang belum mendapatkan pembimbing akan dipilihkan oleh kelti CD3

February 19: Dr. Masteria Y. Putra gave a keynote speech on One Day Seminar "Drug Discovery Development in Indonesia: from Biodiversity to Medicine", Center for Utilization and Innovation of Science and Technology (LIPI), Cibinong, West Java, Indonesia.

February 13: Dr. Masteria Y. Putra signed MoU to Join The Collaboration Research on the Development of Cosmetic from Indonesian Bioresources (National Priority Research Program 2020-2024, theme of Cosmetics)

February 3: Our research members (Gita Syahputra, Iskandar Azmy Harahap, Ardi Ardiansyah and Diah Anggraini Wulandari) gave talks on one day seminars "Prospect for the development of marine natural product based on sea cucumbers for Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises", Center for Utilization and Innovation of Science and Technology (LIPI), Cibinong, West Java, Indonesia.

January 24 : Congratulation to Mr. Gita Syahputra to receive a research grant from Ministry of Research and Technology/ National Research and Innovation Agency (RISTEK-BRIN) through INSINAS program 2020 for our research project entitled "The development of functional food based on active collagen extracted from Holothuria scabra".

January 14-17 : Dr. Masteria Y. Putra attended Global Young Scientist Summit 2020, Park Avenue Hotel, Singapore.
