ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation may be provided free of charge. However, there is limited availability for rooms, so please register as soon as you are able to ensure a room is booked for you

TRAVEL

We are able to provide travel support to those registering early. Please bear in mind that while we expect to be able to make arrangements for all of those needing travel support, there is limited funding available. Allocation will be primarily decided on a first-in basis, and we will post on social media when we are reaching our threshold. Please note that providing an abstract and presenting your research in a 3-minute thesis (3MT) style is a requirement for DD2024 funding. A separate form will be shared closer to the conference dates for abstract and 3MT submission. Funding will be withheld if you do not submit for either of these.

Limited accommodation and travel support is available. We do not guarantee everyone who registers will be provided this support. Registering early will be most helpful!
