In the course, Introduction to Mathematical Modeling, I was part of a class project analyzing data of wind and solar energy technology to assess if either source of alternative energy is currently more cost effective than traditional energy sources. We utilized Microsoft Excel to model our data.
In the course, Applied statistics, I was part of a class project that analyzed polling data of Monroe County, Pennsylvania to predict the results of the 2008 election in that county. Statistical tests were done with the SPSS software.
In the fall of 2013 and spring of 2014. I worked as a graduate assistant for the Office of Institutional Research of West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Among my responsibilities was collecting and processing data to be used to analyze faculty performance and effectiveness.
