Welcome to Data structure and Algorithms course page
The functionally robust, aesthetically appealing and well engineered "structures" are building block of any engineered and natural marvels. These marvelous "structures" abound in the nature, the well arranged leaves in plant, the bunch of fruits and flowers exhibit different "structures" for different processes and purposes. Mathematics and Computer Science is not exception. What mathematicians and computer scientists are interested is the structure of data i.e. how efficiently data can be organised to enable faster processing and presentation of data.
This course introduces you to
(a) some of the ways of organizing data (Data structure) and
(b) to the philosophy and methods of processing the data to yield useful information (Algorithms)
(c) implementation of data structure and algorithms in programming language of your choice to solve real world problems.
