Paper for Review Submission in pdf (no author identification) – DUE DATE 16 January 2026
Full papers for review (20 pages maximum) must be submitted electronically through EasyChair (submission available after 16 December 2025) in the conference paper format. The style sheet is downloadable here. A single pdf file of the full paper including the title and abstract, with no author identification anywhere, needs to be submitted. Separately, at time of submission you need to email the conference with a statement that at least one author will register and attend the conference to present the paper if accepted and that the paper has not been submitted elsewhere, please include the submission number in the subject of the email. Submission is through the EasyChair system accessed through the above link, where you will be required to set up a login account if you do not already have one.
Keep track of the submission number and refer to it in all correspondence.
A typical full paper submitted for review will have the following or similar headings, with no author identification on the title page, in the running headers or in the Acknowledgements

Poster Abstract for Review Submission in pdf – DUE DATE 17 February, 2026
Poster abstracts (2 pages maximum) must be submitted electronically in the poster format which downloadable (style sheet to come). Submission is through EasyChair (submission available after 16 December 2025), where you will be required to set up a login account if you don't already have one. A single zip file containing a pdf and a docx or rtf files needs to submitted. When submitting, add POSTER at the beginning of the title of the file.
Proposals for Half-Day Workshop Submission in pdf – DUE DATE 17 February, 2026
Proposals for half-day workshops on advanced topics related to design theory, design computing, design and AI, design cognition or design neurocognition are due 17 February 2026. The workshops that succeed are those that provide considerable opportunity for discussion and are not run as mini-conferences.
Proposals for workshops should contain the following information in no more than 1000 words and be submitted as a PDF file:

Committee of 3 to 5 people (with international representation)
Goals of the workshop
Workshop format
Method of submission, admission to workshops is open but submissions may be restricted.
