Registration Fees

Registration fees cover all technical sessions, copy of digital preprints, copy of digital proceedings produced by Springer Nature,  lunches on Monday and Tuesday, morning and afternoon breaks, Monday evening conference reception and Tuesday evening conference dinner. This also covers one author presentation of either a paper or a poster. For multiple presentations by the same registrant see below.

Earlybird conference registration by May 16, 2024 $US575 + $57.39 Sales Tax

Regular conference registration from May 17, 2024 $US645 + $64.37 Sales Tax

Workshop registration, for each workshop

For conference registrants $US25 + $2.50 Sales Tax

For non-conference registrants $US50 + $4.99 Sales Tax

Registration covers a single person, who can make one presentation. For a second presentation by the same registrant, an additional reduced registration is required.

Cancellation policy

Registration may be transferred between people in the same organization.

Cancellations before May 17 will be fully refunded less $US75 processing fee.

Cancellations from May 17 on will not be refunded.
