The AACIL can help you start and maintain advocacy projects that impact your local disability community. Our staff has decades of experience in legislative advocacy, starting and joining campaigns, serving on oversight and advisory boards, and working with people with disabilities across Southeast Michigan.
Connect with other advocates, activists, organizations, and movements.
The CIL provides free or low cost facilitators, meeting space, remote platforms, and other support services for advocacy work and other disability related issues.
Besides the Resource Sets and Workshops, DCAL can provide ongoing events, connections, and collaborations.
The AACIL also offers Disability Awareness Workshops and Training to support disability education and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts in your school, workplace, agency, or institution.
