Developing thin film solar photovoltaic cell with increased efficiency by fabricating from In, Cu and Ag doped SnS (p-type) nanostructures using CTAB assisted wet synthesis and physical vapour deposition.
Photovoltaic cells are developed from a multilayered CZTS/Ag/CZTS/Ag/CZTS (p-type) nanostructure without changing energy band gap and electrical property. Ag increases absorption coefficient of CZTS and thereby increases the cell efficiency.
SnS thin films and Ag, Cu and In doped SnS nanostructures grown by sputtering technique. The opto-electronic properties of the same have been studied thouroughly.
