Note: We have not arranged block-reservations or "conference rates" with any of these hotels. This list does not represent an endorsement.

It is cheaper and more convenient to stay at a hotel in Neuville or Cergy than to stay at a hotel in central Paris. But if you plan to stay in central Paris, then you can get to the conference by taking RER line A west. Note that RER line A has three branches: you want to take the branch to Cergy-le-Haut (not the branches going to Poissy or Saint Germain-en-Laye). Get off at Neuville-Université station. Here are directions.

Rather than buying single-use tickets for the RER, the cheapest option is to buy a Navigo Decouverte card at any Metro or RER ticket counter, and add a weekly pass for zones 1-5. (Bring a passport size photo for the card.)
