Effective July 19, 2026
Daytend keeps routine data on your device. These steps cover the most common support needs.
NOTIFICATIONS
Open Daytend > Settings > Notifications to review permission and delivery status. Also check iOS Settings > Notifications > Daytend. Notifications may be delayed or missed because of device settings, Focus modes, battery restrictions, or operating-system behavior.
PURCHASES
If Pro access is missing, open the Daytend paywall and choose Restore purchases. Subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple.
BACKUPS
Open Daytend > Settings > Export and restore to export an encrypted .daytend backup. A backup can contain your profile name, routines, folders, schedules, advanced reminders, completion history and notes, appearance preferences, and saved card styles. Keep it secure and do not rename it to .json or edit its contents.
Import and Undo last restore require Pro. Importing validates the file before replacing the portable data currently on the device, and Daytend keeps a temporary local recovery copy for one undo. Petals, reward unlocks, Pro access, App Lock, quick reminders, and device notification-delivery state are not transferred. Saved card styles restore only with Pro, and unavailable premium cosmetics may fall back to included alternatives.
DATA DELETION
Open Daytend > Settings > Erase all app data to remove activities, history, folders, reminders, Petals, and preferences stored in the app. Delete exported backup files separately from Files, iCloud Drive, or any other location where you saved them.
CONTACT
Contact Daytend at chathkey@gmail.com. For app-specific help or a privacy request, include your Daytend version and iOS version, but do not send exported backups or sensitive routine details.
