Covenants & Restrictions: The rules of the HOA community.

Describe the requirements and limitations of what can be done with property. The goal of having Covenants & Restrictions is to protect, preserve, and enhance community and personal property.

Bylaws: The HOA's rights and responsibilities.

Describe how the HOA functions, including voting rights and procedures, how we communicate official information, and how often meetings must be held.
