This Privacy Policy governs your use of the application "Days in Canada" (updated on 1.0 release), for Apple iOS, iPadOs and MacOS, created by Diogo Musou.

This app provides the following features:

• "Events" list where you can add your Canada entry and exit dates and status.

• "Summary" page where you can see how many days you've been in Canada and an estimate of when you will be able to apply for Canadian citizenship.

• Information is synced to iCloud so you can manage app from your iPhone, iPad or Mac.

• You receive a notification on the estimated application date.

Everywhere below in the text "I" refers to "Diogo Musou". I promise to protect your security, personal data and information regarding the meaning of this document.

2. Providing - You control it

This app only uploads your information to iCloud. You can stop this from your device's iCloud settings.

This app only ask for your permission in order to send notifications. You can deny this request or change it from your device's settings.

This app doesn't have a login page, so anyone with access to your synced devices can see the information that you save.

This app does NOT use your information for any other purposes.

This app does NOT collect or share your information. It is NOT saved on any servers and NOT sent anywhere other than iCloud.

3. Location information

This app does NOT collect any location information from your device.

4. Opt-out rights

Users of this app have the following opt-out option:

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the app: You can easily stop collecting information from the app by uninstalling the app. You can use standard uninstalling processes that can be offered as part of your device.

5. Can I make changes to this document?

This document states what happens to your personal information in the current app. However, since I systematically update and revise this app, it is possible that changes will be made on how I use your data. I will only make changes when releasing future versions of this app and I will update this document accordingly.
