طلب حذف حساب Dayra

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق Dayra (دايرة) حتى لو لم يعد التطبيق مثبتًا على جهازك.

لطلب الحذف، أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى:

اكتب في عنوان الرسالة: طلب حذف حساب Dayra

وأرسل الطلب من البريد المرتبط بحسابك، مع ذكر رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق.

سنستخدم المعلومات التي ترسلها للتحقق من طلبك ومعالجته. عند بدء الحذف من التطبيق، يُعطّل الحساب ويختفي عن المستخدمين. أما طلب الحذف النهائي، فيُعالَج بعد التواصل معنا عبر البريد أعلاه. قد نحتفظ ببعض المعلومات عند الضرورة للوفاء بالتزامات قانونية أو معالجة مسائل أمنية وتشغيلية.

Dayra Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Dayra (دايرة) account even if you no longer have the app installed.

To submit a deletion request, email:

Use this subject line: Dayra account deletion request

Send the request from the email address associated with your account, and include the phone number or email address linked to the account. Do not send your password or verification code.

We will use the information you provide to verify and process your request. Starting deletion from within the app deactivates the account and hides it from other users. A request for permanent deletion is handled after you contact us at the email above. We may retain some information when needed to meet legal obligations or address security and operational matters.
