I've been working in game development for 13 years as a game designer and a video producer.
I worked with many different IPs and know my way around most of the major game engines.
I did almost everything in game dev besides game design: sound design, scripting, visual effects, playtesting, etc. so I have developed a holistic approach over the years.
At Zen Studios I designed seven digital pinball tables (e.g. DOOM Pinball, a Star Wars Pinball or Family Guy Pinball) from the ground up.
As a video producer I created teasers, trailers, short videos and even documentaries.
I also made all the screenshots for the digital store fronts.
In my free time I design small games while learning how to code. I started in Unity, tried Unreal and now I mainly work with Godot Engine.
Playing video games is still one of my favorite hobbies. Recently I was blown away by INDIKA and REPLACED. Currently playing the new Plague Tale.
Design: documentation, prototyping, scripting (C#, GDScript, visual scripting), bug fixing, managing a project
Game Engines: Unreal, Godot, Unity, custom pinball engine
Video: creating cinematic scenes (Unity Timeline, Unreal Sequencer), capturing gameplay, editing, post-process
Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Affinity, DaVinci Resolve, Audacity
My current project, Dragging Myself Back to Hell is a 2D platformer where you are a skeleton whose skull is on fire, capable of igniting torches to light the way.
Of all the seven pinball tables I've created at Zen Studios this one's my favorite. It's fast, brutal and you get to shoot demons with a huge arsenal of weapons. There's even an FPS mode where you fly above the table as a Revenant shooting rockets.
A selection of videos I've created in the recent years. A teaser conjured out of thin air, an eerie concert performed on a Lovecratfian cruise, poor Private Smith who can't catch a break even in death. And my relentless endeavor to keep showing off pinball interesting. These are my favorites, enjoy!
