Congratulations to Elvis Garcia and Christianne Yapor for getting an ARI-HSI science fellowship each. Elvis will be working on identifying the characteristics that most appeal consumers in food products enriched with pomaces from different crops produced in California. Christianne will be working on comparing edible coatings to extend the shelf-life of avocados.
