David K. Johnson

I am a first year MSc candidate in applied mathematics at the University of Western Ontario. Taylor Brysiewicz is my supervisor. I am interested in applied algebra in general and numerical algebraic geometry in particular. 

My Bachelors Honors thesis, which I completed under the supervision of Taylor Brysiewicz, discusses a circular variation on the orchard-planting problem and an application arising from a classical problem in numerical algebraic geometry.
