David Serna, one of the most prominent criminal defense attorneys, firmly supports the protections guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution to citizens. He defends, with a passion, an individual’s right to life and liberty.
His steadfast commitment to serve and defend his clients has been awarded and acknowledged by numerous organizations, such as the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization. For his invaluable experience and unparalleled achievement, he has garnered several distinctions, such as being consistently selected as the Super Lawyer every year since 2007.
He has also made relevant contributions to the continuing legal education of lawyers. He is one of the founders of the National College for DUI Defense Summer Programs at Harvard Law School, established in 1995.
