The software that I used for collecting the data in this project came from the West Virginia University Radio Instrumentation Laboratory (WVU-RAIL), as part of the NSF-funded DSPIRA program (Digital Signal Processing in Radio Astronomy.) This software was authored by Glen Langston and is available on GitHub (see link below.) Glen and the folks at WVU were incredibly helpful in providing feedback when I was getting started on this project!
I have written my own Python code for peak fitting, modeling rotational velocities, and calculating a galactic velocity profile. Additionally, I wrote code for planning observations, logging portions of the sky that I've scanned, plotting data, etc. This code is available on github at https://github.com/dave290
All data collection and analysis was performed on a Raspberry Pi 4.
