Eunji Lee

Biography

Prof. Eunji Lee received BS degree in Computer Science from Ewha Womans University in 2005 (Summa Cum Laude) and Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from Seoul National University (advisor: Kern Koh) in 2012. She was a visiting scholar at the Department of EECS, the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (with Kang G. Shin), and a senior engineer in Memory Solution Lab., at Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd. She joined ADG as a research scholar at University of Wisconsin - Madison (with Remzi H. and Andrea C. Arparci-Dusseau) from 2017 Feb to 2018 Feb. She was an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science, Chungbuk National University from 2014 to 2018. She is currently an assistant professor in Department of Smart System Software in Soongsil University. Her research interests include data analysis/maintenance systems, software platforms, edge computing, and bioinformatics. She has published more than 40 papers in leading conferences and journals in these fields, including IEEE Trans. Computers, IEEE Trans. Knowledge & Data Engineering, and ACM Trans. Storage. She also received the Best Paper Awards at USENIX FAST in 2013.
