The talks considers the possibility of using topological data analysis to clarify cosmological parameters. According to the results of the article: https://arxiv.org/abs/2301.09411.
Abstract:
Optimization problems for finding the best parameters of regular 3D-structures in the Lp -norm and methods of their solution are considered. It is shown that the method of the smallest modules is more stable than the method of least squares when restoring the parameters of 3D structures with defects. The results of computational experiments for software implementations of methods based on the Shor r-algorithm are presented.

Abstract:
Multichannel astronomy studies processes in space objects using simultaneous observations in several "channels": both in different ranges of the electromagnetic spectrum and by detecting other particles born in objects, such as neutrinos or cosmic rays. Coordinated analysis of data of different nature requires from the researcher significant technical efforts when using specialized data processing codes of different tools. I present a cloud platform for data processing, which is designed to simplify and unify access to scientific products, to promote the reproducibility of results.

Abstract:
Every cell in the human body has an almost identical copy of DNA with the same genes. However, different genes can be active, i.e. expressed, depending on cell type, environmental factors and
pathologies that may be in the body. The main method for determining changes in gene expression is to study the protein encoding the transcript. In the group of systemic biology, we study the transcript of the human placenta with the ultimate goal to find out the causes of dangerous complications during pregnancy, preeclampsia. One area of research is the integration of open-label raw data from several similar independent studies to increase statistical reliability over individual studies. This purely bioinformatics approach allows for a relatively cheap study based on data obtained using high-value modern technologies. We've developed a pipeline to integrate raw data, and now plan to make it more accessible and interactive by creating a web interface to our data processing and visualization scripts. We offer you a report on the results of this work.

Abstract:
The presentation is dedicated to the review of particle filtering which is an effective method of stochastic estimation of parameters of dynamic systems. The general statement of the problem and the basic modifications of particle filtering methods are given along with their advantages and disadvantages in comparison with other known approaches. The application of the particle filtering technique to the problem of blind separation of the sum of two signals is also considered.
