Glitch Points are currency that can only be used and earned in The Database. You can use them to buy things from the shop such as MYO slots, upgrades, and more.
Whenever you draw/write or commission art of your Datagrim, you can earn Glitch Points.

Rules + Guidelines

General Rules:

You have to have a Databank account to earn Glitch Points. You won't receive Glitch Points until you have one.
You cannot sell/trade/gift Glitch Points to other people.
The only ways to obtain Glitch Points are the listed below. You cannot buy them with points/money.
You cannot sell any MYOs, trait upgrades, or vouchers that you get using Glitch Points but you may trade/gift them.
It's recommended that you keep track of your Glitch Point balance yourself. But they will also be listed in the bank below.
Any artwork not submitted to the group will need to be linked in response to the correct comment below for it to count towards your Glitch Point balance.

Art Rules:

Glitch Points are rewards for effort and activity.
Please do not produce tons of small doodles to gain Glitch Points
Please draw with genuine care of your Datagrims and of other's.
You do not need your own Datagrim to earn Glitch Points, you can draw other members' Datagrims or the Mascot/NPC Datagrims to earn rewards.

How To Earn Glitch Points

You can earn Glitch Points whenever you make Datagrim related art or writing and may come here and check how many Glitch Points you have earned! Most things will be listed below. If there are any questions regarding this feel free to ask.
You can earn bonus Glitch Points for participating in prompts and events!
Commissioning art gets both you and the commissioner the same amount of Glitch Points as well.
Drawing another person's Datagrim as a gift/trade grants you and the Datagrim's owner the same amount of Glitch Points.
This is to encourage gifts and trades among members, the more you draw and write for each other the more you'll all earn!

Participation in events

Each event will have a base amount of 10GP for participation and more can be earned based on how much you do during the event.

Participation in monthly prompts

Base amount of 5GP in addition to what you would earn from the art/writing itself.
You can draw old prompts if you missed them but you won't get the extra GP for late prompts.

Basic Animation: 15GP
[blinking, bouncing, slight hair movement]

Every 100 words: 2GP

Comics:

Will need to be evaluated but roughly 5GP per colored panel, 3GP per panel for black+white
