In our view, tackling data ethics requires transcending disciplinary boundaries, bintegrating approaches, knowledge, and perspectives from many disciplines. Our group currently has background in cultural anthropology, economics, education, mathematics, social sciences, survey methodology, as well as statistics, data science, and machine learning – which, however, still represent only a subset of the discplines contributing to the study of data ethics.
We are open to new members. It is, of course, also possible to become involved in a single of our projects – you don't have to become involved in all projects: for instance, you may be interested in our journal club that will start in the fall of 2025.
We welcome exchange with other groups. Please get in contact with us.
