Hi there! I’m Allison Kukuvka, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a third-grade teacher and graduate student in Educational Technology and Learning Design, I created this resource to help educators feel more confident and empowered in using behavior tracking tools like Tally Flex in real classrooms.

Building strong relationships with students and giving them a safe space to learn and grow is what drives me as an educator
As a classroom teacher, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage behavior effectively while juggling the many responsibilities educators face each day. I created this project because I saw a real need for a user-friendly, time-efficient way for teachers to track behavior that actually supports student growth. Too often, behavior documentation feels overwhelming or inconsistent, which can make it difficult to communicate student needs clearly during MTSS, IEP, or 504 meetings.
Tally Flex stood out to me as a tool with incredible potential, yet I noticed there wasn’t a lot of accessible guidance for teachers on how to use it effectively. This website is my way of bridging that gap. My goal is to help educators feel confident using data to inform decisions, advocate for student supports, and implement meaningful interventions. When we have the right tools and systems in place, we can focus more on what matters, building relationships, fostering growth, and helping every student succeed.
Getting a grant to bring my students to the NYSCATE STEAM Fest.
I love performing in local theater, playing Magic the Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons, going camping, and singing in different capacities. I am also a former Disney World Cast Member.
I married my high school sweetheart in 2020 and have 2 beautiful children! We also have a sweet golden retriever who is working towards becoming a therapy dog.
