The board, which is elected seasonally, and is responsible for the team during this season (one year) in accordance with the regulations.

Providing technical training to his committee members, giving them tasks and monitoring their work.
❖ Assists his head in some of his functions and tasks, as long as he was appointed to do it by the head.
❖ He is actual head in case of head's absence for any reason.
