❖ DAT stands for development and awareness team. It's a nonprofit youth organization that aims to prepare a new generation able to enter the market labor area. DAT is starting with conferences with all departments in the faculty of science at Ain Shams University trying to cope with pioneered universities around the globe.
❖ Continuing with workshops and different visits to eliminate the gap between market labor and academic studies. Our great hit was the “Cancer vs virus C conference” by the attendance of Dr. Mostafa El-Sayed, continued with VR square, Be fluent, and scholarship events.
❖ Our plan for 2020/2021 will be working on helping students figure out themselves, set their goals, and be more prepared for the job market by providing them with recent trends and requirements.
Doing internal and external development, entering new college to upgrade DAT at the university and increasing our followers on different platforms.
Choosing important topics, problems and external evolutions and import them through (Events, Conferences, Workshops, Visits and Awareness campaigns).

❖ Paying attention to individual talents and capabilities and employing them.
❖ Building good, specialized leaders and instructors.
❖ Being more flexible to cope with different conditions.
Strengthen our existence on social media.
❖ Entering different college with event.
❖ Cooperating with another student activity to learn from each other.
❖ Improving students' 2nd language through English discussions at the college.
❖ Increasing awareness about certain trends.
❖ Eliminate the gap between the job market requirements and what graduates have as education and researching qualifications.
❖ Provide students with the qualifications they need, through a real experience and simulation of external market.
❖ Prepare youth to lead sustainable development in our country.
❖ Replace Egyptian Universities as a center to prepare leaders and this is through some qualifications and courses that may help our delegates to discover the leader to each one of them.
❖ To prepare a crew able to understand, believe and spread our message.
❖ Preparing and achieving of an annual projects by the efforts of our participants.
