These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gamji Studio iOS app, developed and operated by Gamji-Tech ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Gamji Studio, you agree to these Terms.
Gamji Studio lets you capture, record, and live-stream video from your device to destinations you choose, including YouTube, Facebook, and custom RTMP servers, and to pair additional devices as remote cameras.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gamji Studio.
You are solely responsible for the video, audio, and any other content you capture, record, or stream using Gamji Studio ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content. By using the app, you agree that:
You have the rights necessary to record and broadcast Your Content, including any music, footage, or third-party material it contains.
You will comply with the terms of service of any destination you stream to (e.g., YouTube's and Facebook's own community guidelines and terms).
You will not use Gamji Studio to capture, record, or stream content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates the policies of the platforms you broadcast to.
We do not review, monitor, or store Your Content — it is sent directly from your device to the destinations you configure. We are not responsible for what happens to Your Content once it reaches a third-party destination.
Certain features of Gamji Studio require a paid subscription ("Subscription"), offered on a monthly or annual auto-renewing basis, as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a free trial period (currently 14 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will begin and you will be charged.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and automatically renews for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Price changes. We will notify you in advance of any price change, in accordance with Apple's App Store guidelines, and the new price will take effect only for renewals after you've had a chance to review it.
Refunds. All purchases are billed and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own refund policies, not by us directly.
You agree not to:
Use Gamji Studio to violate any law or the rights of others.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend systems.
Use the app's destination-pairing or multi-camera features to access devices you do not own or do not have permission to use.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Gamji Studio integrates with third-party services (currently YouTube and Facebook) to let you publish Your Content. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or policies. We are not affiliated with, and do not warrant compatibility with, any custom RTMP destination you configure.
Gamji Studio is provided "as is." Live streaming and recording depend on factors outside our control, including your device, network connection, and third-party platforms — we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming or recording, and recommend testing your setup before any show that matters to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamji-Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gamji Studio, including lost streams, lost recordings, or issues with third-party destinations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Gamji Studio after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
