Gamji Studio is developed and operated by Gamji-Tech ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information Gamji Studio collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Gamji Studio iOS app only.
Gamji Studio is a live-streaming and recording tool. It captures your camera and microphone so you can broadcast and record your own shows. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your video or audio — your stream goes directly from your device to the destinations you choose (YouTube, Facebook, or a custom RTMP server), and your recordings stay on your device unless you choose to save or share them yourself. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Account information. To use Gamji Studio you create an account with your name, and either an email address/password or a phone number. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple instead, we receive only the basic profile information (name and email address) those providers share for authentication.
Destination credentials. If you connect a custom RTMP destination, you provide a server URL and stream key. These are stored on your device (in the system Keychain, where applicable) so the app can reconnect without asking again.
Camera and microphone. Used only while you are actively recording or streaming, to capture your show. This content is processed on your device and sent only to the destination(s) you have configured for that session.
Photo library. Used only if you choose to import a video as a stream source, or choose to save a recording to your camera roll. We do not access your photo library at any other time.
Local network. Used to discover and connect to a paired camera device on the same Wi-Fi network (multi-camera feature) and to test connections to streaming servers.
Device and diagnostic information. Standard crash and performance data collected by Apple's own frameworks (e.g., via Xcode Organizer crash reports), which we may review to fix bugs. We do not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
When you connect a destination, Gamji Studio uses that provider's own sign-in and publishing APIs on your behalf:
YouTube (Google). We request permission to create and manage live broadcasts on your YouTube channel. We do not access any other Google account data. Google's own privacy policy applies to your Google account: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Facebook (Meta). We request permission to create Live videos on your behalf. We do not access any other Facebook account data. Meta's own privacy policy applies to your Facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Custom RTMP destinations. Any server URL and stream key you enter is used only to send your stream to that server. We have no relationship with, and no visibility into, third-party RTMP providers you choose to use.
Apple. Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Recordings you make are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, back up, or have access to your recordings unless you explicitly choose to save them to your camera roll or share them yourself using the app's share feature.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will delete your account information within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
Gamji Studio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
