Second Hand and Mended

Sometimes when I am out scouting fabrics I come across and item I love that just needs a little bit of love before it goes to its next home. I do not make these items I repair, clean, and/or transform them.

How do I determine my prices?
There are several factors that go into determining price. The cost of materials, fabric, and thread, but also maintaing my sewing paraphanalia. The cost of maintaining my equipment can get expensive fast. I recently got my serger repaired because its timing was off and it cost over 150$ and that is just one of my machines. I also factor in the cost of my time. Washing, ironing, and sewing all take time. Also, since this is a self owned buisness, I need to spend time doing all of the other buisness things such as making this website :) I charge Connecticut sales tax on all items on top of listed price.
