MB Darkonas (“Darkonas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates games intended to provide safe and enjoyable experiences for children and families.
This Privacy Policy applies to Darkonas mobile games that link to this policy. It explains how those games handle information and how parents or guardians can contact us.
Our children’s games are designed with privacy in mind. Unless a game provides a separate disclosure stating otherwise:
We do not require users to create an account.
We do not collect names, email addresses, birth dates, phone numbers, addresses, or precise locations through the game.
We do not collect contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, or camera data.
We do not use advertising identifiers.
We do not include third-party advertising.
We do not use personal information for behavioral advertising or profiling.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not provide chat, social networking, or public user-generated content features.
We do not use cross-promotion to direct children to other apps.
Game progress, preferences, unlocked content, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on the user’s device.
This locally stored information is not transmitted to Darkonas. It can normally be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the game. Removing the game may permanently erase locally saved progress.
Some games may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the platform through which the game was installed, such as Google Play.
Darkonas does not receive or store complete payment-card or bank-account information. The platform may provide limited transaction information, such as the purchased product, transaction status, order identifier, and purchase date. This information may be used to deliver or restore purchased content, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Purchases should be made or approved by a parent or guardian. Payment processing is governed by the platform provider’s own terms and privacy policy. For Google Play, please see the Google Privacy Policy.
The app store or operating-system provider may independently process technical information needed to distribute, secure, update, and operate apps. It may also provide Darkonas with aggregated or pseudonymous operational reports, such as installation statistics, device compatibility information, or crash diagnostics.
We use any such reports only to maintain game functionality, security, compatibility, and performance—not to advertise to or profile children.
A parent, guardian, or other user may voluntarily contact us for support. In that case, we may receive the sender’s email address, message, and any other information included in the request.
Please do not send unnecessary personal information about a child. We use support correspondence only to answer the request, resolve technical or purchase issues, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Limited information may be processed or disclosed:
To an app-store or payment provider when necessary to process or restore a purchase.
To service providers used for email or website hosting, solely to provide those services.
When required by law, regulation, court order, or a valid governmental request.
When reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, maintain security, or defend legal rights.
Our children’s games are designed not to collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has sent personal information to Darkonas, please contact us. We will review the request and delete the information when appropriate and legally permitted.
Gameplay information stored only on the device remains there until the user clears the app’s data or removes the app.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect users, or comply with legal requirements.
Transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and consumer-protection laws.
Because our games do not create Darkonas user accounts, there is normally no Darkonas game account to delete. A parent or guardian may request deletion of information voluntarily submitted to us by contacting the email address below.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Platform services and external websites are governed by their own privacy policies. Darkonas is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated third-party services.
The website hosting this policy may be provided by a third-party hosting service and may process ordinary website-access information under that provider’s own privacy terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
If a future game uses materially different features or data practices, we will update this policy or provide a game-specific privacy notice before those practices begin.
