- **Prompts and descriptions** you provide to generate content

When you use the photo-to-caption feature, we temporarily upload your image to our secure cloud storage for AI processing. Images are used solely to generate captions and are not used for any other purpose.

- **Feature usage events** (e.g., posts generated, posts copied, posts shared)
- **Subscription status** (free, pro, or business tier)

### 3.2 Anthropic (Claude AI)
Your content prompts, descriptions, brand voice settings, and uploaded images are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate social media content. ### 3.3 RevenueCat

### 3.4 Google AdMob
For free-tier users, we display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and other information as described in [Google's Advertising Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).

### 4.1 Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers. Data may be processed and stored in data centers located in the United States or other regions where Google Cloud operates.
### 4.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Server-side authentication verification for all API requests
- Database security rules that restrict access to your own data only
- AI API keys stored securely on the server (never exposed in the App)
- Per-user rate limiting to prevent abuse
### 4.3 Data Retention
- **Account data** is retained for as long as your account is active
- **Saved posts, brand voices, and content calendars** are retained until you delete them or delete your account
- **Uploaded images** are retained temporarily for caption processing
- **Cached AI responses** are automatically deleted after 24 hours
- **Analytics data** is retained according to Google Firebase's default retention policies

## 5. Your Rights and Choices
### 5.1 Access and Manage Your Data
You can view and manage your saved posts, brand voices, and content calendars directly within the App.
### 5.2 Delete Your Account
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address provided below. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.
### 5.3 Opt Out of Analytics
You can limit analytics data collection by adjusting your device's privacy settings or opting out of Google Analytics data collection through your device settings.
### 5.4 Ad Preferences
You can manage your ad preferences through your device's advertising settings. You may also upgrade to a paid subscription to remove advertisements entirely.
