This Erasmus+ course supports teacher wellbeing, inclusion and environmentally sustainable practices through nature-based, experiential learning. Aligned with Erasmus+ priorities, it promotes inclusion and diversity, green education and active participation. Participants explore outdoor learning, forest experiences inspired by shinrin-yoku, nature journaling and creative activities using natural materials. These methods support emotional regulation, stress reduction and mindfulness, while remaining adaptable to school contexts. The course provides practical strategies for working with diverse learners, including students with special educational needs, and promotes low-impact, sustainable approaches to education. Participants develop ready-to-use activities that foster wellbeing, inclusion, empathy and positive relationships in the classroom.
