Darby’s Dancers Ambassador Introduction 25-26

Hello Darby’s Families! We are so excited for another amazing year of dance! We are so grateful to have you as part of the Darby’s Dancers community! This program is about so much more than just dance, it’s about creating a space where every dancer can grow, build confidence, and have fun! As families, you all play an essential role in helping us create a positive and uplifting environment. Together we will ensure that Darby’s Dancers is a place where every dancer feels included and celebrated for who they are.

                                       About the Ambassadors

                                              We are so excited to introduce ourselves as the 25-26 ambassadors 

                                              Darby’s Dancers! As ambassadors we plan fundraisers, events, and                                    

                                                             coordinate our amazing group of volunteers. Our job is about support,                                                                                                                                             whether that be assisting our wonderful teacher, planning events, or

                                                             being a buddy in class. We are so excited for another great year!

                    Genavieve: Genavieve is the senior ambassador, who is in her fifth year of assisting with Darby’s!

                   Winnie: Winnie is the junior ambassador who is in her second year of assisting with Darby’s!

  What Makes Darby’s so Special?

• Darby’s Dancers partners each student 1-1 with a volunteer who ensures they are enjoying and getting the most out of each class!

• The program is completely free for participants of all ages, all classes, dance shoes, and costumes are paid for by community fundraising.

• Darby’s Dancers helps build friendships that flourish in and out of dance class.

• Darby’s Dancers provides a safe, welcoming space where every dancer of all abilities are celebrated. Every dancer belongs, and every achievement is recognized.

    Important Reminders

• Darby’s performs twice a year, at the benefit gala in April, and the June recital.

• We will be sending out newsletters throughout the year, as well as posting on Instagram, please keep your eyes peeled for any days off of class, or special events!

• We are planning fun activities and fundraising events, please be on the lookout for anything upcoming!
