Opportunities to apply for funding
Besides already funded position, don't hesitate to look into fellowship.
Fellowships are independent sources of funding that you can apply for as an early career researcher to do your own research project.
They are usually prestigious and competitive but give an excellent opportunity to focus on your research for several years without a heavy teaching load.
If you're thinking in applying, please get in touch early so we can offer you strong host organisation support!
Some opportunities:
Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships (Horizon Europe)
Newton International Fellowships (Royal Society + British Academy)
University Research Fellowship (Royal Society)
EPSRC Open Fellowships (UKRI)
Future Leaders Fellowship (UKRI)
