Founded in 1948 by Fr. Anthony Oomen, a Mill Hill missionary, DCHS was the only existing high school in southern Antique until 1972. It is the premier secondary school in southern Antique as it is traditionally where the best and brightest students go and has remained a training ground for future leaders and intellectuals in this part of the country.
